Save:<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Save your work item or link to your current work item in Microsoft Outlook.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Refresh:<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Pull the latest updates of the work item from the server and show its current state here.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">*Note: Local changes will be lost if they are not saved before clicking \u2018Refresh.\u2019<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong>3. Clear\/Restore\/Erase:<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Use these interchangeable icons to clear, restore or erase the work item description.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>4. Save Template<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>:<\/strong> Use the existing value to <a href=\"https:\/\/gotmo.co.uk\/blog\/templates-in-tmo\/\">create a Template<\/a> quickly.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>5. Pop-out\/Pop-in:<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Enter or exit the full-screen window mode.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>6. Email:<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Share the details of the work item as an email without leaving the window.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>7. Copy Title and Link:<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Copy the title and\/or link to the clipboard.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Along with these Work Item details, there are two checkboxes that you can use:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>8. Attach outlook item with work item:<\/strong> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Any attachments that are present in the Outlook email will be attached to the work item when it is created<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>9.
